Information You Provide

What we collect when you contact us.

When you use the Contact form or email us, we may receive:

• Your name and email address.
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it.
• Your organization, ministry, church, school, family, or other context.
• An event date or inquiry type.
• Your message and any other information you choose to include.

Please do not send financial account information, medical information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive or confidential information through the form.

How We Use It

We use inquiry information to respond and follow up.

Gino and Michelle may use the information you provide to:

• Read and respond to your question or request.
• Evaluate possible coaching, speaking, family-ministry, book, or discipleship opportunities.
• Communicate about appropriate next steps.
• Protect the website and ministry inbox from spam, misuse, or security problems.
• Maintain ministry records when reasonably needed.

Submitting a website inquiry does not automatically add you to a newsletter, marketing list, or customer relationship management system.

Handling and Sharing

Where your message goes and who may process it.

Contact-form messages are sent to the ministry inbox by email. The website is currently configured to send those messages by email rather than save them in a separate form-submission database. Gino and Michelle may read and respond to inquiry emails.

Hosting, email, website maintenance, security, and other technical providers may process information when needed to operate and protect the website or deliver email. Information may also be disclosed when you direct us to do so or when reasonably required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or the protection of rights.

Roar Ministries does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Website Technology

Cookies, logs, fonts, and outside links.

The website and its service providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and similar request or diagnostic data.

The site may use cookies or similar browser storage for basic website functions, security, and source attribution. It does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Matomo, or a Mailchimp website integration.

The site requests some font resources from outside providers. Those providers may receive ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser information, and the requested resource. Links to Amazon, social platforms, video services, or other outside websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed.

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, maintain appropriate ministry records, protect the website or ministry, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted from active records, although limited copies may remain temporarily in routine backups.

Your Choices

You may ask about information you submitted.

You may email gino@ginomingo.com to ask whether Roar Ministries still has personal information you submitted through the website, or to request a reasonable correction or deletion.

We may need to verify your identity and the request. Some information may be retained when reasonably needed for security, ministry or business records, legal obligations, or the protection of rights.

California Disclosure

Do Not Track and activity across websites.

This website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Roar Ministries does not use information collected through this website to track visitors across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising.

Some hosting, font, security, and linked third-party services may receive technical request information as described above. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy practices.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13.

The website is intended for adults seeking ministry information, books, coaching, speaking, or family-discipleship support. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information through the site, email gino@ginomingo.com so the information can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.

Changes and Contact

How we update this policy.

This policy may change as the website, ministry practices, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date at the top will be updated.
